To ensure hygiene and quality standards, we can only accept returns on beauty items that remain sealed and unused.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your FragFlex account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully place the unopened fragrance or beauty product in its original box, ensuring you include the packing slip and any promotional samples received with the order.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the item's seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
